Latest research points to palatability challenge for asparagopsis

While the red seaweed asparagopsis continues to show promise as a potential feed additive to control methane emissions from cattle, researchers from the University of California-Davis say they've identified a potential barrier to its use in grazing cattle. Getting cattle to eat it can prove challenging.
